About JamesMy name is James Henderson, founder and director of New Zealand Validation Services. While I started my career as an electrician working in DHB’s, I quickly progressed into other specialised areas, working in surgical hospitals and other companies throughout New Zealand.
I am a qualified CSSD Technician, a Registered Electrician and an expert in sterilization services validation, with over 12 years experience working in the medical industry. Prior to setting up NZ Validation Services, I held an Executive role at a leading Private Surgical Hospital as Property and Services Manager.
With a true passion for sterilisation and infection control, I set up New Zealand Validation Services, offering tailored solutions to clients across NZ and the Pacific. My holistic approach, technical expertise and solution driven philosophy ensures I stand out from the rest. Out of work, I love spending time with my family and working away on projects on our small block. I enjoy mountain biking, whenever I get a chance. |

About KayleneKia ora. My name is Kaylene Visser and I am the Clinical Quality Manager and Consulting Auditor at NZ Validation Services. With over four decades of dedicated service in healthcare, I have accumulated a wealth of qualifications and expertise that I'm excited to share with you.
I started my career as a Registered Nurse (RN). And over the years, I have expanded my knowledge and skills and worked as a Registered Midwife (RM), later as an RN Prescriber and finally I have embraced the responsibilities of Clinical Quality Manager and Health Care Auditor. Recognising the critical significance of regulatory standards, I take great pride in supporting Sterile Service Units with the development of a personalised Quality Management System (QMS) that uphold the highest regulatory standards. In addition, I believe that the true measure of excellence lies in the value we place on follow-up compliance audits. These audits serve as our guiding compass, steering us towards the realm of continuous quality improvement. When I am not immersed in healthcare endeavours, you will find me treasuring precious moments with my grandchildren. And for that adrenaline rush I take to the tracks and trails on my trusty e-bike indulging in the sheer joy of exploration and freedom. At NZVS we provide Validations on Autoclaves, Washers, low temperature Sterilizers and Endoscopy Re-processors, our services extend out into many other areas, see our decontamination services for more info on what we do.
Our goal is to be the leading NZ provider for advice and sterilization compliance services including performance requalification. NZVS is an independent sterilisation validation company which means there are no other influences affecting the outcome of your validation.
NZVS has its own wireless validation set which is up to date with calibration supported by an IANZ Certificate of Calibration. We manage validations with hands on experience and making regular contact with our customers providing them with ongoing data and making sure equipment is validated to the highest standard.
